Women In Media WA is a not-for-profit networking group for journalists and communications/public relations/media specialists in Western Australia.

Our aim is to encourage networking opportunities, stimulate discussion on issues relevant to women working in media and/or public relations in Western Australia and provide examples of positive and inspirational role models.

Thank you to all those who attended our Queens of Screen breakfast and contributed to our raffle. Over $1000 has been donated to the Afghan Women Journalists Appeal, which will provide emergency financial support for Afghan women media workers via an MEAA/International Federation of Journalists’ fund.
We are starting to plan our Christmas event, which is always one not to be missed. So, make sure you’ve signed up for our email newsletter, and head to our social media pages (links at the top right of this page). We look forward to seeing you again very soon.
